where can i save money without compromising the cpu or mobo?

Pirate windows 7 instead. There are a million guides and it's fairly easy.
Shelling out too much for the PSU. EVGA makes good modular ones, you can get a 750w for less than $100. You're build isn't even going to use that much, use a PSU calculator if you want to see what's the minimum amount needed.
If the SSD is your primary drive you will run out of space fairy quickly. 240gb isn't that much.

Going off of this, I'd recommend getting a high storage (2-4TB) HDD alongside your 240GB SSD. When it comes to most things, an SSD is not that necessary, so for obvious stuff (reading, movies, etc) there's no point in using an SSD.

Get cheaper fans. Noctua fans look nice, but cheaper fans will work just as well.
