I'm kinda looking for introspective stuff with slice of life elements.
Stuff where you can walk away feeling like a character has grown.
If romance is included that's cool if it's done well.

The character does grow in this show, but not necessarily in a positive fashion. It is very introspective though, and gives you the sense of everyday life passing by.
