As above, you really should learn to make use of Google Image Search, but essentially it's a character called Ratboy Genius of which the YouTube channel become infamous on the Internet for videos made with terrible CGI and Minecraft. The musical compositions he does are usually ridiculously good compared to the terrible animation (it's rumored he's a music major or something).
