Looking for a funny cartoon advert for laxatives, I think? The art style was almost exactly like Ren and Stimpy and it had a man singing in either German of Dutch.

The man singing is spying on another man on the toilet, he then punches a hole in the wall and shouts at him so hard he voids his bowels and looks happy, this is all while the spying character is still singing.

It used to be posted on /f/ like 6 years ago.
