So the fan on top of my desktop is not working and i need to know how to solve it as the temperature goes to 70 °c and its kinda worying...
Theres a fan at the back and one at the bottom which is inconvenient for my desk and the top is the most useful one i have. I recently got a 4k monitor at christmas and so when i do play games it goes really hot...
My specs are
Gtx 980
I7 4790k
Windows 10 pro
The fans usually have a blue LED which shows me the back and bottom are working but the top doesn't glow at all...
I tried to check on the internet but it just doesnt help sooooo....
Plus i got it from pc specialist and i only got it recently
I have increased the fan speed occasianly but haven't overclocked it so maybe the fan speed had to do with it...

You post like you're underaged.
I'm assuming it's a new computer and you didn't build it yourself. The wiring is probably messed up, just open it up and look for a port on your mobo for fan control or Chassis fan 1/2/3 that's unplugged and just try to find what isn't plugged.
If that doesn't work download more RAM power, obviously your computer needs more RAM to use the fan.
