Does it void my CPU's warranty if I change settings without

I turned off turbo and cool n' quiet so it has a stable voltage and frequency

No, overclocking is only not covered by your warranty, it doesn't void it.

You're also not overclocking it. The turbo core in my FX-8320 was causing it to idle at fucking ~45-50c
