need some advice on these prebuilts yes i know i am cancer but i just wanted to know if either of these PC can handle games on high or ultra at 1080p 60fps

really want to play dragons dogma,total warhammer if it isnt infested with DLC, Xcom 2 and some of the demanding games i have missed out on that are PC only or best played on a PC just want to know if it can handle the majority of games

The first one will let you play anything at 1080p 60/fps but it's around 400 dollars more than building it yourself.
