Give me an anime that is well done and has a story with a lot of depth. Something that is nourishing for an adult mind without being cheesy or fanservice-y. Magi first season was the last really good series that did this for me.

you've left it pretty vague what you're looking for but try Eureka Seven, not bad (ok there are some cheesy parts). Monster is also quite good, almost flawless. Shinsekai yori is also a very interesting story
