No, not unless you're planning on also consuming the (japanese language only, japanese region only) comics, novels, drama cds and playstation vita games.
Unlike, say, Madoka Magica, they're not spinoffs and they're not optional. The comic was meant to be read in realtime with the tv series, and the tv series doesn't even contain its own ending: it just skips to "welp, some stuff happened in something else you should have watched/read/played and everything is fine now because of reasons".
It's irresponsible of Netflix to even be showing this, when they've no plans whatsoever to distribute the rest of the story, or even the last 10% that the tv show would need in order to have any kind of closure.
