1st is definitely a Protoss from StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void

probably the main character of the campaign. A-something or other. Abraxis? Artanis? Acturis? something like that. the character in the picture has that back-thingie like a templar but also a psyblade like a zealot, so it must be him.
