I need a great stable PC gaming rig build for 500-600 buckaroos.

500 to 600 should get you a decent build, use this as guide for your parts. But be flexible and change things according to your needs. Take a list of the parts you want to a good pc store and they'll do the rest.
The hard part is building, it can be frustrating and can take pretty long, but is worth it. This page is useful for first builds.
