I am an anime pleb. Can you rec me any good ones that deal with reincarnation, eternal recurrence, or buddhism in any way?

Tale of Princess Kaguya loosely. But it's rather critical of it.

Oh, how could I forget. Saint Young Men literally has Buddha as one of the two main characters, the other one is Jesus.
Betterman too, to a degree.
Just recommended it in another thread, but Eureka Seven has some Buddhist components (but not in any really serious way).

Arjuna is based on some hinduism, and I guess there's some buddhist stuff in there also, too bad the show sucks though.

You should read Osamu Tezuka's Buddha, it's a pretty cool interpretation of Buddha's life.
It also has some anime movies, but I recommend the manga since I haven't watched them so I can't tell you anything about their quality.

Not animu, but mango: Go read Tezuka's Buddha.
As for anime itself... I really like this anime movie about the buddhist priest who came up with the Tsugaru style of shamisen, called "Nitaboh".
