I'll be getting into making a doujin soon, what would you accept as the minimum page length? What's your ideal page length?

You couldn't just look at the average page-length? Most doujin are 10-30 pages long. So go for somewhere between 20 and 30.

Woops, Appchan X shat the bed it seems
What I was gonna post is 20-40 pages is average, preferably leaning towards 30-40 pages. I would also have the 'action' take up at least 15 pages.
17-20 pages is the average for most doujin manga. Though I don't know why you're asking this considering there's no standards or anything. Artists make their books as long as they want. 17-20 pages is about how long the average published manga chapter is though, so it's no surprise the doujin market copies it for the most part seeing as many of them are pros or aspiring pros.
Trying to make your story fit a predetermined page count when you're just starting is dumb. Make it as long as it needs to be, whether that's shorter or longer.
