These two are the most reliable. But quality more usually depends on the channel being ripped than anything else. Some channels have higher bitrates than others. Start memorizing your Japanese TV networks, anon. Some basic ones to get you started:
>TX (TV Tokyo, national broadcast network that specializes in anime)
>BS 11 (Nippon BS Broadcasting, satellite station)
>ATX (Anime Theater, satellite subscription channel that is a subsidiary of TV Tokyo, often has uncensored broadcasts)
>MX (Tokyo Metro TV, a Tokyo-exclusive cable channel)
>CX (Fuji TV, a broadcast channel with a premium variant specialized in anime)
>NHK (Japan's largest public broadcasting network, chartered and partially funded by the government, mostly daytime anime)
>TBS/MBS (regional broadcast networks for the Kanto and Kansai regions, respectively. They are owned by the same company and show the same programming, but their branding changes depending on the region. There are others besides these two, but they are the most common you will see)
