Those are all 10 out of 10s in my book
I would start with Summer Wars, 1 it's a good movie, 2 it's a movie so after that you can move onto a full series.
One Punch Man, it's not to long. It's also very action packed and doesn't take itself to seriously.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, [if you want a deeper story]I prefer Brotherhood over the other because I like the story better and supposedly it more closely follows the manga. (I've never read it)
Gurren Lagann, funny, action packed, I feel like the animators were a little lazy on the first few episodes then got serious later.
DanMachi, SwordArtOnline1+2, My Hero Academia, PsychoPass1, these are on the same level to me right now.
Oh yeah side note. I agree with other anon about Cowboy Bebop and Hellsing Ultimate.
I don't know what kind of shine you have watched so I'll earn you more that Hellsing Ultimate is a wee bit bloody(gorey) but it's also not overly serious about itself.
I would watch Eve no Jikan, the Patlabor movies, Ping pong, Samurai Flamenco, and Kuuchuu Buranko.
Katanagatari is an underrated masterpiece of a show, definitely slot that in somewhere soon.
Also I like your icon format, how do you make it that way instead of just the folder icons?
