Thanks, but is there anyway to stop the page just being called 'frames'? It's kinda confusing when all the threads I have open are just called Frames - 4chan and I have to go through all of them to get to the one I want

Not as far as I know. There might be an addon or something for it but I doubt anyone has gone to the effort to make one
