i guess you could count the original test drive unlimited, it's just limited to driving. large open world based in hawaii, lots of racing and shiz. nice classic cars, and modern ones from when the game came out, from astons to ferraris. nothing will beat the classic feeling of playing san andreas or simpsons hit and run
