So this girl and I become good friends while on a trip for work, she's 19 and I'm 18. Jokingly on the trip another younger female and I called the 19 year old girl mom because she would make us food and was just all around helpful and calling her that kinda stuck. We joke around like "thanks mom" or "no problem son" and now that we are back home we have hung out just her and I quite a bit and I am starting to have actual feelings for her but I am not sure what to do. Every once in a while she will joke like "you're the best son" or something like that, should I take that as a we are only friends or should I tell her how I truly feel? Anything helps and thank you.
