Di Gi Charat Tsuyu Special, or Rainy Season Special, was on Hulu before it was taken out.

It is by far the hardest thing to find either legally or illegaly.

Right now its on Animenetwork, i need someone with a subscription to rip it from there and upload it somewhere else. So that i can get it.
