Hello, I just finished reading, "All Quiet on the Western Front," and, "A Farewell to Arms," in recent days. I've never really given a great deal of attention to the first world war, yet these books were absolutely captivating, leading me to watch plenty of documentaries and that channel covering the great war.

Can any of you recommend any good books set in, or covering the first world war? They can be fictional or nonfiction, accounts of the war from lieutenants and etc. I'd just like something good to read.

Yeah nah, those guys know their guns but that stuff about somehow having an advantage because your knife's range is shorter than the other guy's bayonet is just straight up bollocks.
