so today when i installed steam and tried to play the division i was greeted with an 8fps max on high settings. this shouldnt happen because i have a gtx 970 gpu with an i5 6600k processor. did i get a bad gpu or something?
did you install proper drivers?
Did you plug the cord into the mobo instead of the gpu?
did you consider not playing a game by ubisoft?
1. What happens if you play it at low settings and same resolution?
2. Are you using software to view GPU usage and so on ? If yes, what software? (If it's one that uses RivaTuner, close it and launch FRAPS just for the FPS)
3. What OS are you running ?
4. Any other games perform worse than expected ?

you have to delete system 32. it's a useless piece of bloatware that only slows down your computer
