I'd really appreciate if anyone could make this image suitable

I'd really appreciate if anyone could make this image suitable for a phone 2560x1440 wallpaper by:

-turning the colouring pencil background (everything other than the actual Lady Blackhawk in the image i think) into a smooth texture.

-smoothing out the pixel-ised colours around the edges of Lady Blackhawk eg her face, the edges of her thighs. (Not so obvious when enlarging via 4chan, but very obvious when downloaded and enlarge in irfanview)

-removing the watermark

I'm very much obliged to anyone who can help me,thank you!
