Literally everywhere as long as you're not an idiot who double clicks "totallylegitsongFREE2016-EXCLUSIVErelease.mp3.exe" There was a 7zip vulnerability long ago but I think it only affects some file format no one uses. Personally I still use music blogs and some torrents for whole discographies.

if you want to download from your PC just google search "Youtube to mp3" its the first one
If you're downloading from your phone just do the same thing.
PlanetaWMA has lots of discographies, just flip on Google Translation and look around. The admin is always uploading new stuff at random.
