COME ON MAN, HELP A GUY OUT. I'VE HAD ZERO LUCK FINDING THE ARTIST FOR THIS. ALL THE SOURCES ON IQDB JUST SAY IT'S A SKETCH, BUT NO ONE SAYS WHO'S THE ARTIST, IT'S FUCKING ANNOYING.

Toshiaki "Shinkiro" Mori mostly does the posters, Francesco Francavilla has also been added to the credits.
But that image is quite similar to Alvin Lee.

I recognize Shinkiro's art, I already had him saved. I also recognize Francesco Francavilla, though as nice looking as his art was, it didn't mesh with me. Alvin Lee I didn't know though, like his style, gonna add him later.

Anon, I'm so thankful. I'm amazed you managed to find anything at all. I'm serious, I looked around so much and couldn't find anything. I fucking asked Capcom on Twitter of all places and I still didn't get an answer. Because it's not just that picture, I couldn't find an artist for this picture:

And even this one. Every single one of these was just listed as concept art for UMvC3. I went on the website which just houses all the concept art for games and I couldn't find these freaking pictures. I don't understand why they're so freaking hard to track down the person who drew them. It's irritating as hell.
