I'm very stuck here, and could use some help. I saw clip of an anime a WHILE ago, and lately its been eating at me to know what it was, But I can't remember.

All I can say is it is about a girl who fights in a green, kind of power ranger cloth uniform with a bandana always around her neck, against her friend. her friend i think uses a hammer?

Probably not it, but Kyousou Giga has a girl that wields a giant hammer. No sentai uniform or bandana though.
