This board is really good for pictures. But I'm talking about words people from 4chan have actually written.
As there are some insightful posts.

Anyways, I have others saved on Notepad for some reason. This one is about Tatami Galaxy and college life:
Remember what Higuchi said? The Rose colored campus life isn't something to be pursued. What you crave is the destination, you want the fulfillment to the point where you can say "I have achieved the experience I wanted," but that is not how to go about it! It's not about the destination at all- its the journey!
You are supposed to live life to the fullest everyday and work towards achieving that rosy color! Only by living the life you desire is when you truly feel the accomplishment.
You have an opportunity that is dangling in front of you, so reach out and take it!
I bet if you draw something it will make me smile ^-^
What was the last show you watched? Draw someone from it! What was the last game you played? Draw something from that! Why not look out your window and draw what you see? It's really fun to do that. Maybe try drawing directly in pen for a change. Or maybe try a different kind of pen! A fountain pen? A brush pen? Why not? There are beautiful chinese paintings I see that I have tried to do with a brush pen. It is fun!. Or maybe you would like to paint today. Block out some shapes and see what happens. Maybe start your day with gestures. That usually helps me. I saw a cool watercolor technique online where you sketch a figure lightly and then paint it with blueish gray for the shadow, darker for the core shadow, yellowish for the skin (leaving white for the highlights) and red for areas with more blood or that just look kinda red. They did this all while it was wet and it looked really cool. What's something you don't draw very often? Try that! I had never drawn an old car before but I did it yesterday! It wasn't so good but I found out that they are fun and I will draw more. I even also had something "click" for me yesterday, that being the construction of the head. I haven't had that "click" in a long time for drawings. I have for certain techniques with paints and pens and stuff though. Why not try out the medium you haven't used in a while? Or maybe think of a country and draw things that remind you of it. Look at the last thing you drew. Try drawing something related to that!
I really hope you find something to draw, but make sure to have fun while drawing. That is important unless you do it for a living. Then your motivation shall always be: $$$$$$$
You could draw someone or for someone you like/care about. Draw /ic/ tan! Draw yourself! Anything at allll.
I hope this helps. Please do not be sad :3
Also, if you have trouble still, look at your progress over the years and think of how good youll be next year
sup brotha. i have lived with my dad who was overbearing in every single conceivable aspect of life and also he is very very emotional. it was a toxic environment to say the least. don't give in to violence. you also need learn how to be firm with how you reply to them. firm but not angry. there is a vast difference. learn to say no to something right away as opposed to ok sure ok sure ok sure just to placate them. be curt and decisive. but not rude.
or you can move. and not look back.
My daddy left me when I was a baby. I was raised solely by women. They taught me to think like a woman. I learned to be overly-dependent, passive and look at life go by. They said I'd someday find a girl that loved me and then marry and have children, and that's all.
But I realised then, that women are not happy. They never are. That's why they need to talk to their friends about their problems and that's why they cry so much. They aren't happy because they expect others to make them happy. They can never do what they really want, because they first think for others and not for themselves. Whatever they do, whatever they wear, they do it for others, not for themselves. They idealize men as their saviors, because they can't save themselves. That is why they stick to douchebags. And they are superficial because they are only valued by their beauty. I realised that I wasn't happy neither, because I was like them.
Now I'm an adult but I still have that mindset eventhough I try to avoid, it's inside me. I can tell you, women are not bad. They are poor beings, that suffer much more than men do. They suffer for love, they suffer for their appearance, they suffer because they don't have the power to choose the life they want. You are a man, you can choose, then choose! Choose what you want to be and then be it! You should be happy for what you've got. Don't be like us, never, because it won't let you be happy.
Anyways, that's everything I have, other than quotes like this.
