There's literally thousands of reasons you could get an 0x80000000A error, ranging from your spaghetti code, to an outdated/pirated version of MSVS.

you're running win10? if you installed any of those botnet telemetry removal tools you will get this problem. those tools take out alot of stuff needed by vs.
