This type of eyepatch, ridiculous hair, eye-powers and antisocials. Physically weak characters as well as emotionally cold ones are often the strongest, i.e little girls swinging giant axes. Cute girls that are actually crazy.
Good luck. Not sure how experienced you are but here are some other tips from my limited experience: Make sure you plan everything out by listing all your needed assets by priority (trello is great, also share your art assets here as other ways might fuck the image quality). Rule of two and all that jazz. Make sure the harder artwork goed to the skilled people (character drawing, concept art) while less skilled artists can do tilesets and such.
