It's terrible and you know it. I know it. It's still fun. Main character is a creepshow but the girls like him in a dorky younger brother kind of way. Ends up being badass in a misguided sense. Passes the time.

Minamoto-kun Monogatari. It's based on Genji Monogatari aka 'literally' the first harem.
Hare Kon. MC is one of the harem girl. It's a more or less serious drama and contain sexual themes.
Finally, I'd recommend Honeymoon Salad. Technically, it is not a harem as it's a threesome. It's the only threesome manga and it's good. One of my favorites.
