Can anyone translate this for me? For context, it was inside the sleeve of a vinyl copy of Adventure by Kikuchi Momoko. 雨の Realize is one of the tracks on the album.

I don't know Japanese but I suppose that they corrected the spelling of a name (there are thousands of different kanji, japanese characters, and some are today only used in names, so errors may happen).
The character under x is the wrong kanji, the character under the circle is the corrected kanji.
