How much you wanna spend? What do you expect to do in it?
If you don't want to spend much and don't need that much power, the Intel Quad Core ASUS Transformer with 500G HD in the dock is great for a $300 one. Flimsy though, but other than that, fantastic value for money.
Don't expect to run the newest games on it though.

Don't expect to run games on any laptop that costs less than $800, really.

Eh, even cheap shit can emulate, and there's no reason to play anything other than NES/SNES/64/GBA/DS/PSP/MAME games. New games a shit.
Unless they port MSGEv Full Boost or SK Estival Versus or Dragon's Crown to the PC, in which case, I might need to get a new tower to install windows in.
But imagine if they ported them to Linux. Unf.

I just got an HP Notebook 15-af131dx with 4GBRAM/500GBHDD for $250 with an extra 4GB RAM chip for $18. Plus lifetime Office 365 for $129 on sale. It would ok for a single game if background updates and scans were disabled to free up RAM during gameplay. May require disabling better textures, etc to give it more leeway, depending on peak usage requirements.
