Pic unrelated. I am helping a friend find the name of a manga he vaguely remembers reading, this is all I could get from him

"ecchi story about a brother who is looking for his sister who got adopted separately from him. He meets two girls, knows one of them is his sister, but he starts falling in love with one of them too but unsure if it's his sister or not

flat girl has dark hair, and I think the bustier girl is red haired?"

He said it's not kissxsis

Any ideas?

I found one that might fit the bill
ayu mayu. one of the girls is busty with red hair while the other is has flat hair but isnt totally flat chested sorry for the quality though
