I haven't been watching a lot of anime recently, but I got a hold of some Hayao Miyazaki films and it has really kicked me into gear and I really want to increase my collection.

Does anyone have suggestions (films or tv shows) for a guy who likes most of those films, Trigun, Cowboy Beebop, and Full Metal Alchemist? If you have suggestions, it would also be greatly appreciated if you put a link to a torrent of it and/or maybe explain a bit about it so I don't spoil the show for myself looking up a description.

Would you suggest watching Psycho-Pass 2 also or just Psycho-Pass?

For torrents, Nyaa.se is the largest public tracker dedicated to anime, but it skews toward recent and currently airing titles. It does have well-seeded torrents for popular older stuff (like cowboy bebop, FMA, etc) but generally only one or two versions will have adequate seeding, so despite all the uploads you won't have much selection really.

Bakabt is a semi-public tracker; you need an account to search and they also restrict what torrent clients are allowed to connect to their tracker. Basically if you're a utorrent pleb using a version later than 2.2.1 they will block you from downloading anything, so either go back to 2.2.1 or get a better torrent client (Deluge, qBittorrent etc). As for titles, everything uploaded has to be vetted by the site's staff and they only pick the "best" versions of things, so the selection of subtitles/encodes is limited, but everything is well-seeded and they have tons of older more niche stuff that you often can't get on Nyaa. Also a great place to pick up soundtracks.

Lastly there's AnimeBytes, a private tracker that you have to be invited to join or else get accepted when they open applications up. It's actually very easy to get in via application, it just requires basic torrenting knowledge and demonstrating an ACTIVE interest in anime, this is important because what they value is people who will actually use the site, instead of peeps who join just to get one title or for the epeen and then never DL anything. Like all private trackers it has a seeding requirement and ratio threshold, but the selection makes up for it. You can find 99% of everything on AB on Nyaa or BBT, but it's a nice last resort to have.

Recommendations to follow.

All three of them in the order of Psycho Pass, Psycho Pass 2 and finally the movie.

The second season and the movie are sequels to the first season

Okay, thank you.
I was just wondering because sometimes the production value or story gets worse as more and more is produced.

Based on you liking Trigun and Cowboy Bebop I think you might enjoy Outlaw Star. It's sci-fi about a bounty hunter and his young comrade and the shenanigans they get into after running afoul of some Taoist space pirates. If you have the hard drive space, I recommend getting the remastered Blu-ray version, which is also dual audio:

This one is smaller, but still hefty:

If you really liked Cowboy Bebop you might want to check out some other anime that the creator, Shinichiro Watanabe, was involved in: Samurai Champloo and Michiko & Hatchin. Samurai Champloo is a road trip across a pastiche of Edo Period Japan with some anachronistic hip-hop culture thrown in for spice, follows two polar opposite (yet weirdly similar) ronin swordsmen who get roped into bodyguarding a hapless teenage girl looking for a samurai who smells of sunflowers. Michiko & Hatchin is another road trip, this one set in fictional Brazil and is about an adopted girl named Hana who is whisked away by the wild and habitually criminal Michiko, who just escaped from prison and believes Hana (now dubbed "Hatchin") is the key to finding her old boyfriend.
Champloo:

I highly recommend BBT's version over what you find on Nyaa, which are lower quality or watermarked in some cases.
Michiko & Hatchin:

Some other stuff I think you might like:

Seirei no Moribito, a high fantasy with a setting inspired by ancient Japan, follows a tough woman warrior protecting a young boy.

Kino no Tabi, a traveler named Kino and her talking motorcycle (called a Motorad), Hermes, go from country to country encountering strange things.

Thank you for the suggestions and download links! I will take a look into them all of them, they sound pretty interesting.

Based on animation style alone I think I'll have an easier time enjoying Samurai Champloo, Michiko & Hatchin, and Seirei no Moribito.

Kino no Tabi & Outlaw Star however are rubbing me a weird way, but like I said I will still look into them!

Outlaw Star has a very 90s feel to it, since most of what you've seen is late 90s/early 00s I figured that was a safe time period to rec from. Give it a shot, I think it'll be good.

As for Kino no Tabi, it's a unique style that can be weird at first, but the atmospheric feeling of the show can really suck you in.
