Can I edit my mal list so that the tags column is after the finished date column?

Maybe if you use CSS to edit it, otherwise I have no idea. Not like it matters, nobody but you will be looking at it or will care even if they do. Just get Taiga so you don't even have to visit MAL's website to update your list.

But I care, it matters to me. And I usually show it to irl friends when they ask for anime recs.

I do use Taiga, but it doesn't work for manga unfortunately.
