nah. i mean, it's definitely dated - back when /rs/ was still a thing (so that probably makes /hc/ the first incarnation of the board? nice...). but it's not so much too old as it is simply incomplete. /r/ and /gif/ are ancient and they're missing as well. i guess whoever made it just didn't think of /pol/ or have anyting to draw about them.
