it's really easy but not for someone computer illiterate. Basically a different partition running windows, each time you turn on the pc it asks if you want to run mac OS or windows

I was worried about that. He's the type of guy to just give up as soon as tech doesn't work immediately.

Especially if they have to partition data and manage all that stuff.
