Hello, I'm looking on some recipes in english on the internet and I cannot find anywhere what does '1&1/4c' of sugar mean. Pls help.
Means 1 cup of sugar, plus another 1/4 of a cup.

Also:
1 cup = +/- 230 milliliters (or 130 grams for dry goods)... It's been a while since I had home economics, but the figures should be in the ballpark

Nope, it's a rough measurement easily available everywhere, and if your cup is different, it doesn't matter much. You still need to check the consistency/taste/whatever and adjust accordingly.
