Where/how to download anime in high quality?
Looking to update my anime library. (improve quality find uncensored)
but cant find places to download anime in great quality (and dual audio if possible).
Tried:

But it doesnt help much with anime that is older than 3+ years.
Sometimes i use Exiled destiny IRC but quality is not that good
Dont rly know any other IRC channels.
On my hdd some anime are encoded by [TLC] (TheChaosLegion), andquality is awesome
but i cant seem to find a specific site/place where to get more.
soooo where can i and download anime in best quality regadless of its age?
(be it through torrent IRC or anything else)

It might open up after the userbase drops down another 100 users or so. I'd just keep it tabbed and check on it every other week or so, it's a really good site and has sitewide freeleach once a month or so making it pretty easy to keep ratio.

Further to this, I find it useful to go to the MAL page for an anime then look at the sub recommendations at the bottom and google them. A lot of the time there are bluray batches or something.
I get a lot off nyaa though by searching then ordering by size.
