what kind of movies do you like?
I know a gal who constantly has the LOTR trilogy on in the background. idk if she draws though.
are you going to school for architecture or is it your profession?

Thanks for the replies. I've watched lotr too many times, I'd die. Any movie type, really. I like good movies, not genres.
And I'm doing my honours in architecture.

I advice you to not do that
I tried putting movies as background noise but i realase it was a waste, movies are ment to be watched.
>>112995
sure but after watching something once you can put it in the background multiple times and you'll end up rewatching the parts you like the most and multi-tasking the parts that you consider boring... i always do that with ted talks when drawing.

What do you count as good movies? Help us help you, guy.

koyanisqatsi
or qatsi trilogy. Super pretty music, calming images.

This
When drawing I find minimalist music really good for zoning out while still concentrating. My favourite is Steve Reich.

musicals is where it's at, you'd get some talk but also songs you can singalong to:
Grease (1978)
Aladdin (1992)
The Little Mermaid (1989)
Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971)

It can be a little weird at first if you haven't experienced it before, but ASMR videos are really calming and good for ambience if you want to give that a try.
