I don't think you can even get a laptop without an integrated graphics card for under 500, let alone it being something "good".

Maybe... But used is used, you could end up spending $350 on something that breaks after 2 months.

The thing is; laptops are more expensive than a desktops. For $500 - $550 you can get an ok(ish) gaming desktop, but only get a shit tier laptop.for the same amount of money.
Start saving, dude.

I got a refurbished Thinpad T420 for $200. It doesn't have the secondary Intel graphics chip but it probably could run LoL of CSgo. Haven't tried either though.
