Is there some sort of program that allows you to open a bunch

Is there some sort of program that allows you to open a bunch of (manga) images in a continuous scrolling fashion like pic related?
My monitor is 72dpi so I don't like having the entire manga page shown at a time and would like to be able to scroll down continuously like some browser extensions and sites allow, but for full volumes that I've downloaded onto my computer.

Which OS do you use?

On Ubuntu, you can open cbz/cbr files in Document Viewer (which you'd normally use for PDF) and it will do what you're asking
