There was a short anime about a rich proper girl who was secretly really into gyaru fashion. I think it came out last season. I'm sorry I forget the name, but if you look for Summer 2015 shorts you should find it quickly.

Thanks, mina-sama, cameos or minor characters are okay too. The series offered are pretty cutesy and shoujo, but I would prefer instances of gyaru acting more like they really do, which is to say slutty and obnoxious.
Idolm@ster has these girls, and some more wild looking ones, it has like 200 female characters I can't be arsed to parse. Anyway these two, Jougasaki Mika and Jougasaki Rika, appear in the anime Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls as side characters, and there are a few spinoff manga that include different im@s characters.
There's a gyaru cameo in a a pretty new manga series called "King of Ants" that's being serialized in Shounen Champion. I picked up the first Tankobon the other day, give me a bit and I'll just take a picture of the scene. Basically she just talks shit and her man gets his ass kicked.
