Didn't lurk long enough to check, but I'm looking an anime where you start off with a good bit of characters. You fall attached to them and they slowly die off. I like it because I'm on edge of who's gonna die next. Something like Mirai Nikki or Danganronpa
Have you seen "another"?

Yes I have. Sorry for not clarifying.
Baccano!
I don't really remember if there was as many deaths as you are hoping for, but it's still a good one.
Higurashi and Umineko are both good for that, but I'd recommend the visual novels over the anime.

I'll check it out. Anime related to the topic at hand that I have already seen are: Gantz, Danganronpa, Mirai Nikki, Akame ga Kill, Btooom!, and Another.

I didn't take Higurashi into consideration, but I have already seen the show. I will, however, look into the novel. I will also check out Umineko.

If you're up for visual novels you might also like something called Kara no Shoujo. It's a loose trilogy starting with Cartagra, then Kara no Shoujo and Kara no Shoujo 2.

I haven't really thought of trying out any visual novels, but I will give those a shot!
LOGH
plot armor practically isnt a thing in it
Akame ga Kill hits the spot.
Attack on Titan should be right up your alley, a new season should be coming in 2016 too
Victory Gundam. Kill 'em all Tomino at his most depressed.

Speaking of Gundam, there's also 0080: War in the Pocket. Zeta also has what you're looking for, but 0080 is something you should definitely watch regardless.
