Ayatsuri Sakon, it's like a grim murder mystery Scooby Doo constructed from mini-arcs and the gang consists of an autist ventriloquist and his puppet. Minimal asspulls, you'll generally work out who the killer is beyond doubt by the end.
Nekki Basara does the opening and Akino Arai the ending, I'd link but it's blocked in just about every country apparently.
