Can somebody tell me how to use this thing? Or at least link me to a page that has instructions. I don't mind reading its just that whenever I search for help I don't get jack shit.

I'm not really confused with the interface or anything, but rather with how the tags are downloaded. It's really confusing and the tags never seem to really load.

Sorry for the shitty pic, I just wanted to put something that was somewhat relevant.
