I only want it for the Jim Butcher story, so I don't feel like paying for it.

Anyone here got experience with bending copper tubes? got some 10mm copper tube and was wondering if it would be possible to wind it around a 20mm tube. the plan is to make a coil that sould fit inside a 50mm tube. pic related
>>41459
I have no experience, but I heard that it's convenient to fill tubes with salt before attempting to bend, so as to prevent them from going flat like toothpaste tubes.
You should go to /diy/, they'll probably have more advice on this.
You can use solution of water and soap, fill the tube and freez it, if the tube fits into the freezer. then bend it, this methot is used for instyments like trumpet.
Who /diffeq/ here? I can't figure out how to start by separating the x's/dx's and the y's/dy's
[y(x+3)-(x+3)]/[y(x-2)+(x-2)]
(y-1)(x+3) / (y+1)(x-2)
(y+1)/(y-1) dy = (x+3)/(x-2) dx
How do I make mpc play the mka files as the audio for the mkv instead?

I want some escapism, things haven't been so great for me
I'm good with weebshit, but I'm not particularly one for literature
Pick up an MMO or a very long TV series? Something fun like the Office (now on Netflix) or a shonen anime like Hunter x Hunter (both versions are good, I prefer Furuhashi's) are easily digestible and great to watch a lot of at once. Hope things pick up for you soon.

moeshit dude.
Search the archive, there's a lot of good escapist moeshit recommendations.
can somebody post there wwe network login details so this poor fag can watch royal rumble

Could anyone recommend some anime that's similar to Boku Dake ga Inai Machi. I recently started watching it and loooooooove the animation as well as the mystery aspects of the story. Pls halp.
Pic related also.
Check out Perfect Blue and Paranoia Agent. Both very high quality works from one of the greats.
If I'm not mistaken Paranoia Agent is the one with the kid with gold bat and roller blades? I've seen that one. Need to rewatch it though, its been forever. I'll look into Perfect Blue as well. Thanks anon.
>>41429
Yeah that's the one. Perfect Blue is a movie, it's a classic. Leaning closer to thriller than mystery but you should enjoy it nonetheless. My favourite mystery show in general is Hyouka but that's very different tonally so it's probably not what you're looking for.
I cannot get Linux mint installed correctly in my acer aspire laptop. It has a uefi boot mode that I disable secure boot on, ran rufus to make the usb, and partitioned 20 gb for the install and 3 gb for the swap, with the install being on the / directory. My bootloader install being on that ext4 20 gb directory. The grub menu will not load without the USB in after install, why is this? I also tried to install the bootloader on my 300 mb efi partition yet it goes straight back to windows 10
Tl; Dr grub will not load even though I have tried to install Linux mint 17.3...

What on earth were you trying the first time?
Whatever you use to boot your PC, every OS has to use the same boot method.
As Windows is using EFI, every other OS needs to be using EFI too.
You need to install grub-efi into your EFI partition, and then maybe a boot menu as well if your BIOS is shit at being a boot menu.

I've had this MP3 on my computer for LITERALLY 15 years. Can any of you identify it?
http://vocaroo.com/i/s0r7qcVkiNdt
I believe it's a Japanese song but it might be Korean. Probably from an anime but I don't know.
Any help is appreciated! :D
It's definitely japanese, but I've never heard it before, and neither has Shazam :/
Sounds pretty good, tho
I hope someone knows it, because now I want it too
How large is a fifteen year old hard drive? like a gig?
>>41400
I've migrated computers several times since then. But yeah my first computer had 1.6gb of hard drive space, that was in 1997/8. The computer I had in 2002 or so when I got this file was 30gb I think.
hi, not a tech guy here but I figured you're the people to ask cause you know what's up:
I'm running Windows 7 ultimate and I have a shitty old Alienware Area 51 that we bought gutted from dads sketchy buddy (2 GB ram/2.40 processor) and it BSOD on me a month ago. We gave it to this high school kid training in tech cert., and he "fixed it" with a new 500g hard drive, and without even screwing the bottom fully back on. So it just BSOD on me again today, it seems to be workin now
The question I have is I'm wondering if I should upgrade...

I mean honestly I'd just say put your effort into getting a new rig. However, if you're set on sticking with the one you have I wouldn't upgrade to Windows 10. It'll need more RAM than 2gb. Even 7 doesn't run that well until it has 4 or more.
Don't worry about the torrenting and stuff. I mean, don't get caught but Microsoft is the least of your worries there.
>>41387
No, Windows 10 is faster.
It has a smaller memory footprint, and implements modern technologies that Windows 7 doesn't, such as compressed swap.
You ha have one month to downgrade back to Windows 7 or 8 if you don't like Windows 10
It's a car racing game for Xbox 360. I probably played it during a time between 2008-2013.
And I think it's a sequel.
It was about a world wide rally and I think it had a black car in the cover.
Other things I remember is that you could have various garages and they had an arcade machine that was a minigame in which you had to shoot other stuff.
Thank you in advance.

>you could have various garages and they had an arcade machine that was a minigame in which you had to shoot other stuff.
Forza Motorsport did this. That's where Geometry Wars came from.

Tell a lie, that was Project Gotham Racing.
Can someone identify this song used in this vine?
https://vine.co/v/evhTnPEph1I
any help appriciated.
pls help
Usually Shazam can ID songs, but this clip is too short for it to recognize. The only way you'll get an answer, OP, is if someone reads this who's actually heard the song before
I'd say something by Nujabes or Taku Takahashi, but don't quote me on that.

Is Madoka worth it if you already know all the twists and turns?
Not really unless you like the animation/music enough, the characters are bland.
>>41301
Not worth it but you should still see it for yourself and how the plot progresses so you can judge it fairly.
>>41301
No, nice going you fucking fag.
