Seems like there are a lot of unanswered questions with Kalosa there needs to be some sort of conclusion to it all (train station, etc)

Train station is meaningless. So are the power plants.

All of the relevant stuff (AZ, Zygarde, ghost girl, strange souvenir) will be concluded in SM anyway.

While the game left a lot to be desired, I don't see why they'd have the train station to nowhere and the power plant if they didn't plan on using those at some point.
