What would happen if supereffectiveness was cut in half? 2x supereffective would only do 50% more damage and 4x supereffective would only do 100% more damage.
Steal Rocks is now significantly less broken.
Grass types are now viable because they can tank some hits and recover with giga drain.

Battles would last longer, for one.
