Of course they do. Even in real life, living in a place with its own particular annoying characteristic doesn't make you learn to tolerate it more. It just makes you learn how to hate it at a more intimate level.

Yes, you'll enjoy it.
BW2 was one of the best installments of the series, every Pokémon fan should play it.
BW is noticeably less impressive; however, playing this first will make the experience with BW2 greater. I'd say play it too if youve got the time.

Both Devil Survivor games were among the best titles on the DS. Definitely worth giving a try. Just like all SMT titles, actually.I'd even say that there's no Pokemon game better than any DeSu.
