This game is kinda unique in that it's had user submitted designs and weapons since near the beginning. That's pretty creative on everyone's part, valve and any collaborators. Anyone who wants to can participate in a shared environment and for free on top of that.
Unusuals are pretty far from art unless you look at Dada, when artists and patrons started appreciating elements of chance in their practices. Every unusual when it's made is a goddamn dice roll to see if a hat can get a particle effect that makes sense.video games
